United Women in Faith

The purpose of United Women in Faith is that we shall be a community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative, supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church.

To that end, we start our meetings with the Spiritual Growth Coordinator leading us in prayer and telling us about a mission somewhere in the world that we support.

Our Program Resources Coordinator encourages us to read a book in our library and share it with someone.

Our Education & Interpretation Coordinator tells us about an article in the Response magazine.

The Membership Nurture and Outreach Coordinator has had us bring items for the school nurse to share with the kids in need.

The Communication Coordinator tells all who will listen about what we have done in the newsletter.

The Social Action Coordinator makes us aware of social issues in which we may become involved.
